I had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel in the heart of town. The location couldn't have been better - surrounded by restaurants and cafes, and within walking distance to the cable car station for Fansipan. The receptionist was awesome, super helpful and even got us our Fansipan tickets and booked last minute drives around the area. The room was clean and comfortable, with really hot water for a relaxing bath after a long day of trekking and a homestay with the locals. The beds were so comfy that I felt like I was sleeping like a princess.
This hotel is highly recommended for families.

This hotel was great! the staff was kind and friendly, and the rooms were really luxurious. the hardwood furnishings were beautiful, and the LCD TV was a great touch. I loved that there was free in-room internet, and the food was delicious and nutritious. the best aspect was the reverse cycle aircon, which kept us warm in freezing temperatures.
Although the room was so comfortable, I was disappointed with the lukewarm water in the shower. After being outside in the cold all day, the warm shower was supposed to be my savior, but it didn't work as expected.

Had a great time over Easter weekend! The hotel is situated right in the heart of the action, within walking distance to all the local hotspots. The breakfast spread was excellent with a great variety of dishes. The spa was a highlight of our stay with the foot spa being our favorite. The staff were extremely helpful and always went out of their way to accommodate our needs. We appreciated their attention to detail, like the little surprise treats left in our room every day!
The rooms were a bit tired and could use some updating, but the comfortable beds made up for it. The noise from the street could be a bit overwhelming at times, but we just closed the windows and turned on the aircon to remedy this.
